Although I don't know which emulators work on Vista, try something like ZSNES or SNES9x.

bsnes is the most accurate if you have the specs for it, it's the closest you can get to playing on the actual hardware. Lacks savestates, if those are important to you it might be a good idea to use something else. Also doesn't support a few games that use special hardware.

SNESGT is a good runner-up, a good mixture of accuracy and features, with much more modest system requirements than bsnes.

ZSNES used to be my favorite until bsnes was available to me. I still use this a lot when I need to be able to keep savestates - mostly for hacks where I want to return to areas I've already tested. I should really upgrade to SNESGT but ZSNES will be getting much more accurate when 2.0 is released so I'm sticking with it.

I can't stand Snes9x's sound, so that's out entirely. I only use it for recording movies.

I think Kode-Z is making a SNES ROM hack!

To be honest, I didn't mind SNES9x. I only used it with one game though.

No SNES memories for me. I only got into games when Star Fox 64 came out.

I do remember the SNES being in stores, though...

Seeing as people are mentioning their top SNES games, apart from Zelda and Mario which games are a must to play?

Sim City is on my list to play!

Most of my SNES memories I have ROM's for.

Metal Warriors
Judge Dredd
Sim City

The list goes on.

Ohhh Judge Dredd was so good, the controls we're so amazing, great game, better than the movie, like Goldeneye.

Final Fantasy IV, the best RPG of all time.
Super Metroid, some say it's the best Metroid game, I disagree but it still ranks near the top.
