Mupen .avi capture doesn't work well with Aero. Right click > Properties > Compability > Disable desktop composition, and it should work.

it works, but now i have an audio problem, the audio was out of sync when i played the vid -_-

I've come across a very good recording program that has the same highly noticable flaw. I suspect that it might have something to do with the frame rate it's recording at, but I'm not entirely sure... Confused

If you have any video editing programs on your computer, you should be able to just unlink the audio and video, and shift one of the two over so that they line up properly. Fix it up, re-export, and slap up on YouTube.

I'm going to try a simpler method instead. Record the audio separately, and then join the two together. This might help speed up the game.

Heh.

Or you could lower the capture rate.

Or you could uncheck "Record Sound"

Or you could record with a smaller windowed resolution.

- your pc is bad or has bad performance, like my laptop.
- running many programs lagging it.
- when converting a video, it lags too.

but always when you are on mupen: try the mupen .avi capture. when capturing with the .avi capture, you see it's lagging horribly, but that doesn't matter, after the capture your vid will be in full 60 fps. mupen is built for it. even when your online game lagged, just start playbacking it with the .krec file and capture it using mupen .avi capture.

now I'll explain what .krec files are.
when you record online games via the record box, they will become .krec files after the match/matches. you can playback them by starting your Mupen. go to utilities >> Kaillera and go to 3. playback. make sure your save is deleted and playback the video.

How to capture: when playbacking, go to utilities >> Record >> Start capture. name your video. choose a compressor (I use Microsoft video 1)
and choose compression quality. and the game will be captured. as I said before it lags, but it doesn't matter. just capture until the end of the game.

those videos will be HUGE like 1GB or so, simply compress them in Windows Movie Maker. Enjoy your vid WITHOUT any lag. and you can just upload it to YouTube as I always do.
Thanks Smile
