 |
|
I've spent 4 hours trying all sorts of crap and I can't get my action replay to work.
I'm trying to activate cheats on my Pal version of Goldeneye and they're simply not working. I have no idea of what i'm doing wrong and would like some assistance.
This is what i'm doing to try and get it to work.
Click "new game"
Type in "Goldeneye 007"
click "add cheat"
I then add the cheat (i'm using action replay cheats)
then i'm going "start game with selected cheat"
the game will then run and just play like normal with the cheat not activating.
Could anybody suggest some things I might be doing wrong or have missed out.
Also do you need to spell the game 100% correctly with correct capitals?
Thanks in advance. |

I'm using a "Passport Plus 3" and also i'm not using and sort of boot code or key code, what one do I need to have goldeneye cheats to work? Do you know what type of AR is built into a Passport Plus 3, i've been trying to find out and i'm still stuck.
(A key code is a boot code right?(please exscuse my noobiness i'm new to this <_<))
EDIT: Theese forums are built in the exactly the same way ScoreHero.com is. There practically identical. (But this site was made before ScoreHero.com) |

Before it suicided (yes, my passport died too) mine displayed "v3.0" of Action Replay at the very top of the main menu.
It's quite easy to see. |

Ok, cheers. I was also wondering would it be possible if you could run through on how you activated cheats on Goldeneye, like the exact process from when you turn on the N64 with the passport 3 in it. I've tried everything and failed miserably. Could you also give me a code that you know works 100% on it. This would be greatly appreciated. (I'm from the PAL region btw.) |

are you trying to activate a lot of codes at one time because that could be a reason for none of them activating _________________ "We have always found the Irish a bit odd, They refuse to be English" Winston Churchill
