Have you ever noticed on the streets that they do a funny sort of shuffle if you hold them at gun point for a short while?
If you aim at them and then move back a little they do a funny little move of about 3 steps. I wondered if there was any reason for it?
I know, scraping the barrel or what..... |

it is just the way the surrender block works i noticed it in my surface mission as bond slowly moves back with his hands up in the air
