That's not possible, sorry.
Patching a ROM and making cheat device codes are very different in nature, even if you can share some knowledge between them to achieve the desired effects within the limits of a given game (GE in this case, of course).
There's no way to convert these, unless by studying the changes a given patchs makes to the game and then trying to achieve the same/similar effects by making codes. |
