You know, I've actually thought about reproducing certain items and gadgets from GoldenEye before. Sculpt it up, mold it out of silicone, make a support shell, then cast the prop out of resin and paint it up. It wouldn't really be that hard, actually. If you wanted to get all fancy and have light up action, it'd take more time and money. But for the most part, it's simply nailing the sculpture.
