MHm yes i am finished with one of my Project. GoldenEye 007 in german. It´s 100% Complete but i can´t import the into the editor. Subdrag, DB and other mean that my files are to big. But they are sure not biggern than the english files. I don´t know what i can do. i hate that crap.

Are you doing 'Convert ROM' or using the '21990 Modification'?
21990 sure looks intimidating, but it's very easy to add text with it and even can make more room to the rom and edit the fonts and textures. It's what I used for my Spanish GE translation.

HAHAAH I AM FINISHED IT WORKS I AM **** GREAT !!!!!

I got an an idea while watching dr.house Very Happy

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I did follwing - step by step :

In 21990 Editor i pick up the first file to edit : 027F LarchE

Then i click "inject file and upd tables" and choose the german file.

After that i click on "delete debug data (and j text) - When i don´t do this i get an error with something japanese crap -

Then i click "Write ROM with 21990 Mods"

And then i made a GoldenEye 007 German1.rom

Then aobve on the 21990 Editor you can choose the rom.

I selected the rom i saved bevor, the GoldenEye007German1.rom

Then i choosed the second file 02800 LarecE, import german one and saved that as GoldenEye007German2.

And i did this with every file and IT IS WORKING NOW Very Happy Very Happy

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now i am checking everything if it´s 100% ok and then send to SubDrag

Ihr könnt euch also Morgen/Übermorgen auf ein Deutsches GoldenEye freuen Very Happy Very Happy

Very strange that it works that way, but we're all happy to hear it. This will bring the translations for GoldenEye 007 up to three languages. That's quite impressive. Smile

That'll give DF Ank1 a few extra days to triple-check his translations for any possible mistakes. If there's anything that should be changed, now would be the time. Wink
