I'm fully juiced about this. Not sure what to expect. Incredible? Yes! Single screen multiplayer? I'm hoping! Not sure about adapting to the dual sticks, so I'm bound to get pwned. |

I think they should allow a good flexible manual configuration of controls so us old players (well, I shouldn't count myself in since I don't have a 360 anyway) can recreate something similar enough to the input style we like the most. I never liked dual analogs, specially not for FPSs. |

I expect it to be...
Fantastic: For newer players, not so familiar with PD.
Great: For PD fans, who're embracing the changes and new online capabilities.
Good: For most FPS gamers.
Disappointing: For those of us purists out there.
Of course, they aren't catering to the purists, anyhow. _________________

OH man where do i begin
we down here in mex are very anxious.
OlllolllO at the xbox forums is having this quixotic fight trying to convince and make rare and the 4j studio make lots of improvements at least for multiplayer.
Ever since the cartridge came out we have talked and discussed its shortcomings, how unico it is compared to all other shooters out there and etc.
I feel the control scheme from what the pictures show are not good at all.
we hope they allow controller mapping and add the option for us the old guys to arrange the buttons like the n64's "sacred 4" buttons
i mean by that - all the actions that other shooters can only dream with only done with A B R and Z. |

Thats well said Wreck and sadly kinda true also
Honestly I'm more of a GE player and haven't played that much PD multi compared to GE at all, but possibly and hopefully high playerbase got me excited over this one, cause there just sadly aren't too many players to play with in GE Online and PD being next best thing
I still have some concerns reqarding PD online multiplayer, like auto-aim and what other settings will be used in most games like Shield useage, which most people online don't seem to like at all, including myself, since it makes games games too centered around replishing shields constantly. Custom weaponsets also got me thinking with overpowered weapons like Devastator and Farsight possibly combined with Falcons, Shotguns etc. But I guess we have to see how things play out in xboxlive community. But overall I'm quite excited about release and I hope it will work out well. |

About the online multiplayer, I'm not too interested in that either. If you pick the game up the day (or week, or even a few months after) it comes out, yeah, I'm sure there will be loads of people to play with. By this time next year? Probably empty. It's been that way with every online console game I've ever played. Something shiner comes along and everyone moves on. The games that hold onto a large player base are few and far between. |

the reason we want online mutiplayer in mexico is to be have the chance to play using 4 machines with 4 players in each machine.
Internet service is expensive, but game cafes or at least 3 or 4 friends with consoles and familiars make for a good game of more than 8 people. |
