Search XSI v6 or ask TimEh for Version 6 (which is the version you need to export)

Unfortunately, XSI is too large for my poor computer, its slow enough already, ill have to stick to hammer and do it the hard way.

Yeah it is quite large. Since XSI has yet to work satisfactorily I've been doing map making the hard way as well. So even if you could download it you still might not of been able to use it.

File size has nothing to do with performance (unless you're very low on space); I can't say whether you have the specs to run the program or not, nor the space for that matter, but the two aren't really related.

That said, if you're looking for an alternative to Hammer, give DeleD a try. It's much smaller than XSI, and less intensive, but it can be used for many of the same things. You have full control over your map's geometry when using it.

DB, I've tried using Deled and it has run fairly slow, most notable when i imported monkeyface's prison map, is there anyway to boost performance?

And is Deled better than Hammer? What are some advantages of using Deled over Hammer?

low on space or not, my computer is always slow, its always been slow, ever since I got it, geeditor is very slow on my computer, it takes 10 minutes to open the visual editor, XSI will slow it down even more, i dont need that. at least hammer is an okay speed.
