GE. Once i import the FBX it crashes. Do you want me to send you the model? _________________ Playing old, low poly games since 2003 |

I can't get it to crash on FBX import, please post model.
I added FBX for clipping export/import. |

I'm not getting any crashes, imported and injected ok. Do you have the latest beta version of GE Editor and are you using a recent obj2an8 (I recommend the 64-bit version). Does your textures.txt match the correct image number? |

Hi!
I would like to get in the editor an easy way to create portals:
A possible tool consists of magnet cursor that create the triangles of the portal (2) instead of coordinates using the vertices of each triangles of the boundary of the Room.
The method of coordinates is very cool for certain purproses.
The couple of the Rooms associates of the portal by default would be calculated by nearness of vertices respect the normal of the portal.

Can you explain a little more about what you mean? It I thought supports something very similar and functional. Today in portal mode, you can hold I, and click the 4 portal points in Clockwise order, and it will create a portal from the 4. |

Hi, I'm going to bring up a bunch of different things, again.
It appears that the values in the 8XXX sound bank stop referring to the WAV sounds and instead refer to the MP3s in the main file list when the number to the left is 9. As an example, 80FE to 8102 are all Cassandra's Extraction lines ("We meet again, girl"), but right at 8101, the left-number changes from 8 to 9 and the sound points to 02FC, which still goes along with Cassandra's lines when looking at the main file list. Though, I've also seen it be 9 and refer to 0BXX MP3s. Considering how you set up the choosing of sounds, I worry how this will complicate the matter.
Also of note, the Game Configuration lists some of the sound values as animation descriptions, like 80FD-8100. They're fine when choosing a sound, though.
And, in the Objectives Editor, the combobox list of Sub-Components to add has duplicates inside it. _________________
