Good evening, and Happy New Year to everyone

I am an amateur 3D Modeller as I have designed some stadiums for Pro Evolution Soccer games. I wanted to start designing GE levels but I had some difficulties. I have read every tutorial, four and five times each, (also watched TimEh's Tutorial on Youtube) but never managed to solve my problem. Specificaly, I downloaded Zhlt, GE.wad, Crafty, (I already had Blender), and Xsi. I put Zhlt in the correct directory, and I start Hammer Editor. I follow the Configuration Guide described here http://www.shootersforever.com/forums_message_boards/viewtopic.php?t=2634
and after I design my level, I follow the compiling guide. The program then doesn't compile well and as a result, I can't continue.
Here is my log file, I hope you can help me

make sure you save the level in the directory designated as the "maps" and "VMF" directory.

Otherwise it can't find it.

Also, next time, i believe it would be acceptable to just post the entire compile log on the forums, or at least upload it to a better site.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply

Well, actually I don't have any VMF Directory. All I have is this

And my level is in the maps directory
