| I couldn't believe this until I tried it, but 7zip 9.10 or later can open and extract files from the V-Rally 99 ROM. This was discovered by decongamco at emutalk. I was quite stunned when it did indeed work. |

other programs similar to 7zip that could extract stuff in similar way? |

That's odd I can't open V-Rally Edition 99 (U) [!].z64 it just prompts to open with something er create archive

| You can only open with 7zip, it must scan and find zips not at byte 0. Other zipping tools it doesn't work. |
