The Ranch needs a pool table. I tried and failed to make one. Also, what is the likelihood of being able to make glass cups that are shootable and breakable? There is a bar in the main room and I think shootable shot glasses or glass cups would be a nice touch. Also, it would be cool if the pool table could flip over too, like in the movie. I'll post other props I could use when I think of them.

You're probably aware of this, but some of the stuff you listed (desk lamps, trashcans) are already available in GE.

I don't really have any lists of what I'll need yet. To be honest, I haven't given the objects much thought yet. I guess I'm being true to the original design process unintentionally. Smile

Hotel - Pool Area:
Beach Chair (gold or white frame, white seat and backrest)

- Similar to sunbeds, but only meant for sitting

Folding Beach Table (medium, white legs w/ blue & white top)

- Used by Goldfinger during his card game, as well as other tourists

Folding Beach Table (small, white)

- Often placed next to sunbeds as a place for people to put drinks and lotion

*Surprisingly, there aren't a whole lot of objects out by the pool. It's mainly just seating and tables. Most of the other bits could easily be included in the background.

Hotel - Interior:
Dining Cart

I can't find a great image of this. The one I picture in my head has a cloth over it, but everything I've come across has been bare metal. This is the only shot that shows the whole cart, rather than just the upper section.
- Likely found in hallways outside of rooms

Room Service Trolley / Housekeeping Cart

- Likely found in hallways outside of rooms or in a supply closet

Hotel - Interior / Exterior:
Telephone (white or black)

- Featured both inside the Hotel and in the pool area

The trash can can use the GE model with a re-texture to make it shiney

The bush, well, isn't there already a bush for jungle (Or is there something specific you wanted in the shape of the bush the crrent does not have)

I can do the green skip and some others.

How would you want the poppy, 2D or 3D?
Streetlighting, smooth, 'edgy' or 2D?

Ill get started on 3D stuff and get my server back up.

monkeyface, Wreck, or GE Master is going to have to get rid of that one, unfortunately.

I waited for the drama to blow over, couldn't really come up with any kind of input to that sort of behaviour...

Camaro, tried my hand at a pool table.

For comparison:

Right now there are some things that could be improved, those harsh edges in the textures are just to make it 'pop' in this screenshot, and they will be removed. Got them on a separate layer in Photoshop. Also, overall contrasts and levels could be played with once you can see how it looks like in the map. Chances are it's too "reddish" now. Dimensions are just estimates. There's nothing on the underside of it, but I guess a panel wouldn't be too hard to add. Will get a link for you soon if you wish to try it out.

Nice list Wreck, really useful and certainly fitting. The trolleys will be the "crates" of that map, I reckon.

Trevor, yes some of the props could be taken from the original game, I just put together a list with props I thought could be crucial to the map.

Here's something for the poppy, use it or not, I leave that decision up to you!

Dragonsbrethren, we got some prop-artists here as well! Whether it's an idea for a prop or a finished model, it could be useful when it comes to finalizing the map.
Even if some props are left unused, they will be helpful when deciding those final touches.

Wow, that looks good. It is far better than the one I was trying to make. I'd be happy to use the model as is, but I would love for it to be able to have a rotating panel like in the movie. Kinda like an easter egg of sorts because it wouldn't really be used for anything. Although, how could this be done?

Wow, that really does look a lot like the real thing. The image wouldn't load for me earlier, so this is the first time I'm getting to see the pool table from the film.

As for getting the table to spin? You'd need to model it in parts. There'd be the pool table frame, and then there'd be the rotating tabletop. Only thing is, I'm not entirely sure how to get it to rotate properly. As a door, it could potentially turn over, but it won't stay in one place. It's a very fun concept, but may not be possible with GE's abilities.

Wow, that pool table is a perfect replica of how i would imagine it in GE. perhaps i just have a fascination with rectangular, symmetrical things, but i honestly think that is the best model import yet. Not too many polygons, i hope?

I just tested it, and it's possible for a swinging door to turn 180. This means that if the table top was modeled on the rotational axis, you could easily make it spin around and spin back. Basically, the table top and bottom would be the thin side of a normal door - it would technically be a door laying sideways in-game. It would still move either up or down a bit, but I don't think that it would be too bad. I'll test it out using a normal door later.

Edit: Just tested, and unfortunately, it seems like the door always swings the same way, no matter how you rotate it. I couldn't get it to spin into the air, just along the ground. Disappointing.
