I read the tutorial about paths but the problem is at the end, there is no red line between my guard and the preset 00 as it supposed to be. Neverthless I followed exactly all the instructions and I tried four times with the same result.

Also, is it normal while I set in "Action Block" like to walk my guard until Bond comes, and while I'm selecting 0401 to the guard) there is no check beside compared the other one there is one?

The path will show as blue, if you click PATHS ON at bottom, and if you click guard with path, it will show red.

Post your setup if that still doesn't show.

Here are the steps I did.

-open uncompressed file

-choose Runway (default)

-tool --> "make level bare-bones"

-add a guard and a gun

-edit path, click "add path" then delete the two temporary presets

-from the guard, "add preset to Path" -->Path 00 (the preset is showed)

-insert a 00 preset

-click in the 00 preset, add preset to path --> Path 00

-click Path On on the bottom

-edit -->Action Blocks

-Click add Block with ID

-Select "20 Activate the path" and let 00 by default bringing (2000 Activate Path) inside

-Click "Add sub action block"

-Select "05 Jal to function" setting Guard ID in "FD Current Actor" and the action block selecting "007 Wait for Player Detection"

-click my guard Change action block -->0401:

-Click the guard and the path is SUPPOSED to be red but the path still blue.

You're absolutely right, it's an accidental bug introduced. If you change action block in object window, it would work properly. Wasn't setting action block properly. Really sorry, thanks for reporting, it's fixed in both beta exe and full installer.

While I'm in Action Block

I add block with ID (0401), then I activate (2000) and then I add JAL To Function making my guard ID in FD Current Actor and my Action Block at 0007 waitng for Bond (05FD0007)

Once it's done, I right-click and I select Change Action Block to 0401.

And when you click on guard, it shows up red now? You may need to include his start preset in path, though I didn't think so.
