also to mention, I hope its the original game, with updated graphics and textures , online play just like the xbla version that got cancelled...I do not want a re-made game from scratch from eurocom, that would be complete garbage and activision would just be milking the games title for all its worth... heres my theory , activision is releasing a game called james bond 007 bloodstone, its coming out this fall and is going to be a 007 racing style game, it probably will blow hard, but they may package it with a downloadable code for goldeneye 64 arcade, if that was the case that be awesome...but anyway take it easy guys

Yep it's true Welcome! It's supposed to be some kind of remake from scratch, at least that's what I've heard, but obviously all new engine. And the damned wii. I'd rather a new whole game. And I refuse to buy another wii.

You'd think Activision would've learned a little something about what happens when you attempt to capitalize on another game's name and reputation after what went on with Electronic Arts' Rogue Agent scheme. Most people agree that the game was terrible, especially when compared to the original "GoldenEye", and was a cheap attempt at cashing in on someone else's success. If this is a brand new game based upon the events from the same Bond film, than I expect another failure.

Wii is the next best thing to PC for controls, as far as I'm concerned. That said, I doubt this will be worth picking up, but I hope I'm wrong.

thanks guys, anyway Im really ashamed of whats becoming of video games and consoles...nothing these days takes skill anymore, it seems that all these major corporations such as ubisoft,ea and activision make casual garbage games that cater to 10 year olds, such as call of duty, the game has no originality at all and has been the same thing over 7 years straight...theres no games as I said that require skill or a learning curve ... it makes me sick to think that activision is going to retry to make goldeneye in their own way, can't these companies try to be innovative and make something new and better ?

anyway the only game I play on xbox 360 these days is perfect dark xbla, and I cannot wait till the hardcore matchmaking option comes out at the end of the month, which includes no auto aim and no radar.
