Ok so I was reading a post on here. I can't remember what topic it was under and who wrote it but they said something about killing Natalya in Archives and still being able to beat it. They also said that there was no videos on this so I decided to put it to the test and it does work.

In fact as long as her body hasn't disappeared, the game doesn't consider her dead, which explains her corpse teleports at the exit.
