I think it would be nice, IF im not sure you can do this or not with the editor, but in PD like you could modify the heads and the body of the character or make brand new ones. Im not talking about the gameshark codes where you mix around, im talking about making brand new models, I think it would be cool, like eg, mario

it is possible and it's being done.
and mario, yes, I have an ongoing project (but dormant due to hardware limitations) for porting a number of mario 64 levels to GE/PD and of course at some point in the development of that there will be mario based models too.

What I dont see is, yous guys have hacked GE so well, yet PD is just left in the dark, lol, yet imo its the better game. Honestly, if someone came out with a PD custom mission like GE I would play the hell outta it

There was a halt on PD editor development some years ago because SubDrag had a harddrive crash and lost the work and refrained from redoing all the hard work over again until very recently.
Resuming, the availability of the PD editor is recent, hence, there has not been that much time to make PD levels.
But there are already projects for PD, and migrating levels from GE to PD is possible, but it requires work, of course. There's not a magic button that will do everything for you.

PD is a lot more complicated, so we can't just rewrite huge tracts of code to make stuff work properly. It took a few years to work out enough stuff for a GE editor, and PD requires all the same work but on much more data. If GE had a couple hundred of something, PD will have a few thousand.

Awe, that sucks. PD would of been a blast to edit more :/
