Was there a game that was ranted and raved about, and just when you really build yourself up to purchase that game, it gets shelved through development?
I really wanted to see the original Conker: Twelve Tales get released. Even though Conkers BFD was the result of it being canned (and I love BFD by the way!) it still looks like it would have been an interesting game.

I was quite hyped about conker twelve tales, indeed.
I didn't mind it turning into BFD, although it was never sold in spain and it wasn't until years later that I could get an ntsc copy and play it.
Looking back, it probably was better if they went through with twelve tales instead, both for it's probability of being released here and because of gameplay. |

When I was flipping through a magazine years back, during the Dreamcast era, I noticed a strange add for "Carrier 2". I actually really enjoyed the first game, so a sequel would've been worth checking out. However, the company working on the game (Jaleco?) went under, and all progress up to that point was scrapped.
Interestingly, there were a fair number of elements and enemy types in Carrier that later made an appearance in Resident Evil 4. It's unfortunate that not a lot of people know about Carrier, as it was a great survival horror title.

Ura Zelda doesn't really count as unreleased. You can play it on the GC.
StaFox 2 can be downloaded as a very complete and playable ROM. |

Well one game i rile want on Gamecube but never made it to the us but in Japan. It is call Animal Crossing 2. That game looks so much better then the 1st one. I wish it came out in the us.

Extreme Force for the GameCube, PS2, and Xbox. I was incredibly hyped about this game when it was announced.. but never heard of it again.

Duke Nukem Forever ..but theres still hope right?
Oh and definitely I would choose original Fallout 3 "Van Buren" which was developed by Black Isle that created also Fallout 1 & 2 instead of Bethesda's mainstream FPSRPG game |

Thanks for Wiki Radorn. I thot thar wus a Animal Crossing 2 and i thot it did only came out in Japan becuse i seen pics of it in a website and thay sed a new Animal Crossing game comming out. Then a fill months past and it sed its only going to be releast only in JP. I wus so dang mad for so long lol.

I wish they'd come out with another Shenmu game..
It had a good following and great reviews but the first game in the series was a Dreamcast exclusive and it's sequal was xbox exclusive, which killed the series. It played a lot like heavy rain, but it had fighting as well.. I think if they released it with both the origional games added in as a bonus it would do really well; with the gaming market today I think it would find a very nice niche in motion gaming (Xbox'x Kinect and PS3's motion contoller, exc.)
