OK game, worth try if you haven't tried it for sure.
The game can be laggy on low end nVidia cards and supports early multi-core processors pretty bad (like all Valve engine games pretty much).
There are many good free FPS games around now (like this TF2, ArmA2 and TC:CQB) so getting online to shoot some people is easy and fun without spending any money. Nice. |

I'd definitely encourage everyone here (who hasn't already played it) to download TF2 and give it a try. It's easily the best team-based multiplayer game ever made.
Another cool aspect of the game going free is that they're planning on making the Source SDK available to anyone, rather than requiring you to purchase a Source engine game like you had to in the past. So you should be able to play any Source mods for free, including GoldenEye: Source, which should definitely be appealing to this forum. |
