Help with n64 analog.

Alright so yeah the controller is working, I've configured the settings so that the deadzone is at 0%. The analog stick range is at 100% with real n64 range ticked.

Now the analog controls just don't feel the same as they used to, I'm not sure if it's to do with the settings, or just due to the fact that this controller has been used quite a lot, which I bought of amazon, the analog stick does feel a bit grindy though, like someone put a bit of sand down it, what I'm saying is, it's still not sensitive enough
