To all my old friends here, how ya doin? lol
I'm afraid I'm not back on the grounds of hacking GE however
Nice to be back on the boards though, hopefully many of you are still here.

To the new gen hackers, I'm flopperr999. I used to frequent here a couple years ago. I used to build LOADS of maps for Goldeneye in the Hammer Editor v3.4, however only one of the first few of the many ended up making to goldeneyevault.com (Township). There might be a couple threads floating around here somewhere about some others...see if you can find one of my old threads on either my Castle map or my map entitled Bastion. Those two, ESPECIALLY Bastion, were seriously awesome.

Anyways I'm here today looking for some help from you guys. Posted this on another board, got no responses, thought maybe you guys could help me out. Thanks guys.

I am currently searching for an Airplay enabled Home Theater Receiver to purchase. I would also like the receiver to have Wi-Fi built into the unit, as an ethernet port (for a Wi-Fi Ready unit) is nowhere near where I would like to place the unit. I am aware that I could purchase a LAN adapter for the back of a Wi-Fi Ready receiver, though I would prefer to buy an all-in-one, Airplay enabled, Wi-Fi built in receiver. Can point me in the right direction? I have had no luck in finding any online so far.

Thanks guys,
flopperr999/flops/mrflops/floppinator/flopster/floppityflop-diddley-do-dop/whatever else you guys (notably Wreck, commandant, bmw, dragonsbrethren) used to call me...lol

Good time to come back. I've had my "activate" switch turned to ON just lately. Been a while.

With both Castle and Bastion, I would always get jammed up splitting into rooms. I don't think I was ever able to get my head around splitting them into two different rmfs in hammer. Also, I never learned how to clip manually, I would always clip up the map in the editor however when it came to manually linking tris...I could never get it. Bond would always get stuck in random places. Kode-z used to do some clipping for the maps which was always nice.

edit:
Yeah here's castle, can't find bastion, last two images in the first post are def my favorite images from the whole thing. bastion was even more awesome

Well i'm kinda a clipping pro in maps my self. I mean look at DF Ank1 cradle level. I'm the only one who has pull it off to let bond fall all the way from the sky to the floor. The only problem I ever do have. Is the dang ladder never connecting for me. I can never find out why. But clipping a level is simple. It just needs to be done right. You just need to keep on testing every tri. And keep redoing that tri till it is perfect.

My Mario map is a perfect exampled for you. That level and please excused me for saying this. But that Mario map was pure hell to clip. It had so much tri and stuff. It took me over an hour to make it perfect.
