In the MI6 Headquarters, there's alarms as the floor texture, and the walls are transparent in some spots. When I start the first mission, The game kinda lags and my hand and PP7 disappear when I face a certain direction. The textures are all glitchy and messed up, and the lightswitch in the first room is a giant security card panel. Any ideas to what might be wrong?

That's what I like to call "Perfect Dark slowly disappearing", hehe.
In order to get things from GoldenEye into PD, stuff needs to be replaced. Textures, props, guns, characters, music, etc. Everything is getting taken over by GE related files. The Carrington Institute and all mission levels feature incorrect images, strange props, different guards, and wrong music tracks. Eventually it'll all be GoldenEye, but for now what is left of Perfect Dark is going to be a little messy, and sometimes comical.
Which emulator are you using? Some require you to put in the proper settings in order for the game to play smoothly.

Im using Mupen64, Project64 didn't take to starting multi matches well.
