16-Object can't activate

I make new stage. Felicity - Escape
I added switches with reference to GE tutorials and action block of any solo stages and http://youtu.be/g3LCweCB3TI

However 16-Object can't activate (can't display text).
Text can display when that destroyed.
Code is wrong?

Action looks solid. Wreck pointed me to solution. On the object, you need to turn on the bitflag for "Can be activated". It works after that.

Thank you for advice!

It could be activated.
I could not turn on the bitflag for "Can be activated" in Edit Object window, so I had to use right click menu.
