Hello, ShootersForever GoldenEye boards,

I'm new to this site, but I was told there's a somewhat thriving community of people like me and my friends who share a love for this magnificent game. I came here for the purpose of advertising and recruiting for our growing GoldenEye online community. Let me give you a little history.

Back in 2008 was when the group initially got together through means of the Kaillera server in my sig. We all managed to somehow find each other, and we ended up all meeting at this server to play our matches and discuss the game. Before very long, a Skype group conversation was born, and that was where we held the majority of our conversations and arranged games to play on the server. Life was good for the Goldeneye Community and we thrived on to late 2009, when the group unintentionally went its separate ways due to some members having college to attend, etc.

Now, in the past few weeks, I've personally gotten the group back together and we're going stronger than ever before. Our numbers are climbing and we're having quite a few great Goldeneye games every day on the same server we've always known and loved. One of our members, Grimreaper360, made a youtube channel where we can all post videos of our matches and other related Goldeneye videos (www.youtube.com/GoldeneyeCommunity) and we're usually pushing out a few decent videos per day.

Why I'm here is to ask anyone who's interested if they would like to join us in our humble community. A place where we can all play and enjoy this marvelous game in a friendly environment, and a place where we can discuss the game as well as anything else we have on our minds with kind, like-minded people who love this game just as much as you do.

If you want to play games with us, the only requirement is to use the emulator Mupen64++beta (download from http://www.goldeneyeonline.com/) and use our Kaillera server (IP is in my sig. Btw, it's not technically OUR server, but we use it).

I used to play GoldenEye online, but the chatroom I always joined went down around a year ago. I'd like to join this group, so I can start gaming online once again.

At the very east of the USA, so both Europe and USA can play ?
Or at the very west of Europe, same reason.

My ping got higher on Odin for some reason.
My usual ping got over 150 there >_>

They should build a server in the middle of the sea
