I think the Q thread is jammed or something. It shows others replying specifically to Wrecks Zombie post and I see nothing. I just posted on my GG thread and the red mark for new post is not there.

Your new posts do not apply to get red icon only others' .. and that only takes you now to notice 
@ the same time as posting.. that's "read".

I got no clue what you said. I see my name on Q section indicating that I post last. I posted on my thread of "Goldeneye Glance" When I got to see, Wrecks thread of Zombies is on top and still has the red cross hair. I did red the thread so the mark should be gone. It's still there even when I hit Mark threads read.

I haven't noticed about the posts being on top or not, but I have issues with the red marking as well. Not only in the Q-Lab but in all sub-forums. It's been like this for some days.
I remember this happened to me in the past and didn't last long. Not sure if something was done about it or fixed itself.
It's like it takes a couple of hours to update the red marks. |

I was reading through the posts about the RED TARGET showing new posts that you make YOURSELF. 
Generally ONLY if you are lucky and your web browser's cookies glitch out will you ever see your post as a new target. Sometimes I see mine but generally don't. I don't think it's bugging out. It's either cookie or SERVER related. Just **FYI**

I've also had similar experiences with the red "read" icon. Even after reading something, instead of going grey, it will remain red. Doesn't happen all the time, but it is definitely noticeable when it does.
