If you optimized it, of course.

If it was done, I could try to attempt it, since I know a tad bit of modelling for maps. I dunno how to import them or how textures work in PD, though.

If I did make it a map. I'd optimize:

-Remove the outdoor section, or make the buildings closer to reduce the amount drawn at once.

-Fill in some spaces in the walls, and minimize the amount of area drawn at once.

-Remove minor props (decor, tables, and whatever)

-Cut down uneeded extra polys, or minimize map detail.

-Massive texture count reduction. All re-sized to 32X32.

-Give larger indoor areas less space, so it draws less polys.

EDIT: Here's the actual GE source map with some rooms and the whole outdoor section cut out. I think it could work, as it's about the same size as the full-sized Archives map, I think?

I feel it's too big for 4 players alone, with 12 or more players it plays well. If you remove half the map (like the second floor) I imagine it would play better.

@pavarini

That would also require less work to optimize, so I sorta agree with that.

I'd say if you did get up the upstairs area, you could keep the one area near the two exits outside of the level with the 2 stairways acting as a connector and a area to shoot from above. I'd love to see this map in goldeneye X if yo did it right Smile
