Remember when buying a video game, they actually used to include an instruction manual?? Now they are all digital, included in the game.
Managed to hang onto this over the years, but unfortunately cannot seem to find my Perfect Dark one

Yeah, it was interesting just how much beta content was in that booklet. Connery in Complex, half his player select photo in the menu, the Klobb with an earlier name, hunting as fighting knife, bungee equipment, etc. Makes you wonder if they had the box and manual designed a bit before release, or if they made a bunch of last minute changes and already had them off to print.
Nowadays you get next to zero paperwork with games, and the cases have the etched out recycling logo to cut down on plastic. Guess it is "good for the planet", but I do miss well made instruction manuals. |
