This tutorial will help you import larger MIDIs in GE.

You will need the GoldenEye Editor (beta version required) for this tutorial.
1) Download and install the editor.
2) Run the BetaGrabberTool.exe file located within the editor directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\GEEdit3\) and download the latest version.

Once everything is updated, now it's time to work on the MIDI assigned memory area.
1) Open the editor, click Tools>Game Configuration and wait for the editor to load.
2) Once loaded, go to the Model Details tab and Look for the area titled 'Move Midi Chunk'.
3) Set the main address to 80710800 (moves MIDI to unused Expansion Pak area) and set main size to BFFC and then click the move button.
4) Import your midi files to the game.
5) Click the 2 buttons at the bottom titled delete debug data and extra debug.
6) Click Write ROM with 21990 mods and test your MIDI in-game. That's all there is to it.

Notes about memory) All 3 memory slots need to be a multiple of 0x4. If you want to increase the midi allocation for x-track/watch you can. Just make sure the entire total of midi is under 0xFFFF. So a combination of - main: 7FFC watch: 2000 x-track: 6000 is valid.
Notes about sizes) The total size of the MIDI track is compromise of two details. Under the track information within Model Details you will see three text boxes. Music offset, size uncompressed and size compressed. Ignore music offset and just focus on the last two. A midi track in ROM is compressed, when you load the map it uncompresses and moves the track to ram. Your track's uncompressed size needs to fit within the size of the midi chunk. A main track must be under the main size, a x-track must be under the x-track size and a watch track must be under the watch size.
Notes about 8MB patch) This method will work with Zoinkity's expansion patch, but you have to use the 7MB patch instead. This is so the MIDI can use the last 1MB in ram dedicated for 'special purposes'.
