No joke i got GE:X working on Ninty's Virtual Console N64 emulator.
I can play Virtual Reality and the 3 missions at a stable framerate.

Looking great! I would like to setup an N64 emulator for mine aswell. Any recommendation?
Also, does this emulator run ROM hacks fine too? |

| That's pretty cool. You may need to give some step by step details, so others can try it out for themselves. Are you able to map the controls for a comfortable and easy way to play? And does playing with Hi-Res mode perform alright? |

| No, I don't expect for you to create a lengthy, in-depth tutorial for this. Sharing just the steps, such as what program(s) you need, where you can get them, and any other important info to help get the game running, so other members here can also try it out. |

Having just got myself a Wii U (was part payment for a HDMI N64 I did) you can colour me VERY interested in getting this setup - I've only had the time to turn it on a couple of times, but N64 and GC are high on my interest list - so any information is appreciated 
Would also love to get Gauntlet Legends working on it too.

Would love to figure this out, too - I bought a Wii U bundle with Super Mario 3D World and loved it. Felt a bit burned when Nintendo announced the Switch a week after I bought it

here are the bugs:
music lags a lot. my suggestion: just turn off music
effects like clouds and and lights do not work.
also i have not tested split screen multiplayer but feel free to share your results.
