I think they need to differentiate mario some way...maybe by shirt color. But really cool!

That's crazy impressive! I never thought that hackers would get to a stage like this with a N64 game!

Oh my goodness...
That is almost like I dreamed about for GE/PD.

That does look pretty cool, and whats even better is that they are all independent, 2 Mario's can be in 2 different levels at the same time and the objects they collect are removed from all players screens, awesome.

That guy came up with quite a lot of great modifications for Mario 64.
Too bad the tools to mod Mario 64 don't keep up with the GE/PD setup editor.

That's really quite something. I'd think two-player coop would be enough, but crazy can go eight and higher. Will be neat if other character models can be used to differentiate the players. Still, almost feels like something Nintendo would do, and say it's a magical Mario multiplying power. Super Marios 64!

Last time I checked it was way too complicated to create characters for Super Mario 64. I would have come with a few characters.
But there's no magic tool as Goldeneye editor.

Aww, that is a heap of crap. They are claiming its their content yet they allow hundreds of other gameplay videos.

Why would N want to take that vid down? what benefit or liability does it have to them?

Yeah I heard about that.. pretty crap thing for Nintendo to do given there is no economic threat in any way from this. It's simply people passionate about their favourite game (like us) tweaking and extending it.

Nintendo isn't afraid of the game itself losing profit, but from loss of players.

As using your own properties to make "offending products" that cause the loss of possible new players is pretty much the same as losing sales to them.

Imagine if SM64 Online caused some people to not buy Switch games because they were more interested in the free fangame? Since these fan projects are free, Nintendo nukes 'em so that no players are lost no matter what.

The only real reason stuff like GoldenEye Source hasn't been taken down (Despite many saying Nintendo would) is that legally, they can't. As they don't have the rights to Bond related content, and it's not something of their IP, so they just ignore it.

My scale of legal knowledge is pretty bad, so this is just an assumption.
