Looks like you need to edit scale for the level - make it larger value to the level around you is smaller.

Also, Edit Setup -> Edit Intro Block - in there can edit starting gun and weapons.

Bond's height is around 2.33 m or something, so scale appropriately. You can start with trying 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, then refine.

Not sure how you're editing (Project mode?), but it's under edit presets.

the ammo, it's easy, only edit in ''Edit Action Block'', go to ''02 Start Ammo'' and click in ''Entry'' and edit Typeof Ammo'' to ''01 9mm Ammo'', edit ''Amount'' to ''64'' (64 = 100 bullets) and TA DA!

Note: in ''Amount'', the bullets of 1 to 9 is 1 to 9, but 10 is 16 bullets

There are also scaling options in the 21990 menu under Stage Options. I've never fiddled with the values myself but I'm sure you could probably find a setting that works.

Just a quick clarification, Bond and other "standard characters" are 1.8m high, or 180 cm at 1 scale, but bonds height is irrelevant to this "problem".

If you model a level using 1 unit to 1 cm then import at a scale of 1.
Likewise if you make a level with 1 unit to 1m then scale = 0.1

levels cannot exceed +/-32000.000015 (s15.16) in any direction, but GE allows scaling to utilise the decimal portion of matrix calculations done on the RCP to enable larger levels, essentially bond and every other character and object is shrunk to make the level feel bigger, so a scale of 0.1 means bond is only 18cm high, but since everything else is also scaled you don't notice.

Thanks for the info but i still can't find a good scale for the map.
Bond will stay the same height to whatever scale i make.
maybe i should just start over

Can someone explain why the guard is at a correct scale because I cannot...beside the tiny bond beeing activated somehow.

Or the clipping beeing in force to kneel. It seem to me that it is scaled right because of the guard's scale...disturbing.

The guard scale also threw me for a loop, too. I'd have thought they'd be smaller.

The guard looks fake since his colour is off.
He looks like part of the BG (used to gauge the size of doors maybe?)

I cannot see how you cannot find a good scale? Its not rocket science.

Take a door, measure its height in your modeling software.

then divide it by how high the door is supposed to be in cm. eg 21/210 = 0.1
obscure example, 3.64/210 = 0.0173

this answer is your scale.

you can, since the guard is part of BG, also use the guard, measure his height and divide by 180 done.

This is looking really weird.

It seems to me that guard isn't part of background. His darker colors must be because he is standing in black clipping colored tiles (just like Bond's hand and PP7 are darker too).

I think, unless you edit the guard scale on purpose in the Molde Editor, guards size are not related to background scale.
Judging from that picture it seems Bond is kneeled or Tiny Bond cheat has been activated. But again, that isn't the default situation...

How did you start importing this project? If you selected a level and didn't change the scale to 1.0 from the beginning, it's likely that the level is using something like 0.XXXX and background looks bigger.

An easy way to check this is, since you alrady have a playable rom, open that rom in Tools -> Game Configuration -> Load your rom -> select Stage Options tab -> Select the level you replaced -> check scale, and if it isn't 1.0 then edit it -> Write ROM -> check on emu.

If the scale isn't right either, you should try values until something suits you.
scale lower than 1.0 makes background bigger
scale higher than 1.0 makes background smaller

Good point, I never noticed Bonds hand.
Also, looking at his hand you are right, bond in kneeling.
