placing order of the characters after the finish line

The question I want to ask is whether you can place both the players and the CPU-controlled characters in the editor in the same way that the characters are placed in MK64 just behind the finish line and before starting the race, it is Say if players and characters can be placed in a row one behind the other as in MK64.

I also ask myself if in DKR the CPU places the players classified in random positions just behind the finish line before the start of the race or if it is possible that it always follows an order of placement of the characters depending on the order of arrival. If there were any order of arrival could the players be placed in a row one behind the other as in MK64? I would like to know what would happen after a race, although the CPU would place the characters according to the order of arrival or would do so at random. Anyway, what I did would be fun to put the players in line one behind the other after the finish line and you can have a turbo out like in MK64 and take a few players ahead.

I ask the same question for MSU.

You place the start points, and choose #s 0-7 for each start point. You can put them anywhere in the map, doesn't have to be behind starting line. I assume it places the players in those positions.

I know I showed you already Saturn, but yeah you could place them just about anyway you want. But you can't choose which character goes where. It randomly generates which cpu character goes to each place. In adventure mode the player goes to position 1. In tracks mode the player goes to 8th.
