There seems to be a bug of some kind when trying to quote someone in private messaging. It won't allow you to preview or send your message out to someone if you try to use the " " marks. A solution I found is to get rid of the quote marks and your previewing and sending of messages will go through without issues. However, this doesn't allow for proper quote box messaging viewing to be seen. Please fix this issue.

What! Hey, I'm having the same issue! So, that's why I've been having so much trouble... Good job catching onto the culprit, Thundera.
As a workaround, it seems you can use two apostrophes to simulate the quotations. Or rather, four apostrophes.
