Help with jap millisecond timer

Trying to convert the ips patch for millisecond timer on endscreen for use on the jap version of the game any idea on how to do this? any help appreciated.

It's made for NTSC only

ofc but there must be some way to just edit the hex offsets to get the same result right?

It likely uses custom ASM, ASM injection into NTSC-J hasn't been done in years, if at all. any reason you need JAP?

need it for a practice rom since some of the lvls on jap behave different. i have made some progress locating the memory values attempted to edit the break point commands in the debugger window in the same way they are in the english patch but i think im working with crap thats beyond my knowledge. would be willing to pay someone to help me get this
