When a PAL N64 plays an NTSC game (via a flash cartridge), is the video output genuinely NTSC, or is it PAL60?
And would a genuine NTSC television work with a PAL N64, albeit it only when playing NTSC games on the PAL N64?
And do some NTSC TVs work properly with a PAL N64?

Yes, my TV I don't think properly supports NTSC so there's a bit of a colour shadow when I play my patches but I know others who play NTSC games via Everdrive on a PAL N64 with no/minimum issues. I've never tried a genuine NTSC cart though.
