In Spain GoldenEye wasn't released until November.
At least that's what I get from the magazines from the time. The "official" Nintendo magazine reviewed the game in its November issue and one of the last pages has prices for the games in a well known shop. GoldenEye appears priced in the November magazine but not in the October issue.
Also from my memories GoldenEye was released close to Christmas along with Diddy Kong Racing (which I got). |

That's what I thought, European release date often cited on the internet isn't certain. Honestly, the launch of the N64 was chaotic in Europe. A real fail, because there's was no huge launch with a fixed date to remember.
But well again, my view from France who was served last. Nintendo France was restructured at that time.

That's probably true, too. When you said that about France I remembered someone saying it arrived there later than the rest, but wasn't too sure.
I'm also from Spain but I wasn't around when it was released so I can't say I have memories of getting it.

I'm happy to be around long enough to see this. Even if it seems I don't do a lot with others here. I think we're apart of something great. Or at least achieved a lot because of it.

Somewhat disagree. lo. I have contributed much to the game more than I have to the real players. Some sort of permanent competition or forbidden love?
