Hehe, I can't believe you found this. I remember listening to it over and over years ago. It's funny, but I can recall the entire thing. Great find, thanks for posting the link. _________________

I could definatley hunt to this song. The beginning is a bit slow, but it helps build the tension for a high paced search.
Now I really wanna go play GE. God I need a N64!
Cool find though. This would work well in Ruins. _________________ "Inspiration strikes but once.. If you're forgetful, carry a pen." -Me |

It's very cool to hear this again, I lost the midi when I reformatted my old computer and I've never been able to find it since. The real Citadel music is better, but I've always liked this song. |

um, i don't think i know how to convert this song to work in a goldeneye ROM. i know that it probably consists of binary code, because i think all computer things do, but it would have to probably be patched or sumthin like that. not sure. someone correct me if i'm wrong btw. it would sound kool in the Citadel mission however, but i'm not a genius so i have no clue how to convert it. sorry, just ask a hacking pro. |

Thats it? People thinks that is Citadel? It sounds like a beta Archives theme. |

It is the Citadel theme, because it's the value assigned to the correct Stage ID. When you attempt to load up Citadel, that song plays. I recently posted a full list of digits in the GoldenEye Codes forum. _________________

If you can't hack it into the game, can someone at least use the instrument samples from the game to recreate it?
I'd like to listen to how it would sound. |

Ah, I remember that from the Goldeneye Archive files. We found that it was just some random guy's personal work (I think someone just looked at the tags), but it looks like "K. Gouch" doesn't have anything on the internet nowadays. The only reference I could find gives the name as "The Rain".
Someone actually remixed it as the Citadel theme on VGMix, but I believe it was removed. |

People were saying it's Statue,Surface, Bunker, Egypt, and The actually citedal music mixed together. Though many people believe that it was all of the levels combined. There is no explanation for it anyway. It is only a matter of time before we find the real songs they used.
The song was on GE64.net for the longest time in the unsolved mysteries section of the site. I think I will re-post the mysteries. |
