Notice how most of the comments focus on GoldenEye?
It's comforting to know that there are so many people out there who still consider it good enough to play in todays market. A new FPS comes out every two weeks, for God's sake. Considering the amount of titles available, it must mean something that they want to play GE. |

"On a brighter note, any title developed by Rare that is fully owned by Nintendo could very well show up on the Virtual Console. Donkey Kong 64. Diddy Kong Racing. You get the point. "
That is what I'm focusing on really. The games that Rare can release on Xbox won't be on Nintendo obviously. However, who in fact actually owns GoldenEye? Seems more of a question about EA's committment to allowing this to happen. Show them the $$$ or offer them royalties. |

I'm not too sure about Diddy Kong Racing. Rareware characters are in it. _________________ Pure hand-drawn goodness. |

Rare is owned by Microsoft unless Nintendo decides to buy them back. Even if Nintendo does that, we would never have a game as good as goldeneye because most of the goldeneye team left for Free Radical where they worked on the Timesplitters series (which is awsome by the way). Now that Free Radical are done with Timesplitters, I am wondering what other FPS they will be creating next. I hope its more of a bond-style game. _________________
