In your opinion what is the hardest level out of all of them? Why? |

Then why's it on your list?
The hardest is Aztec, it's the only one that I literally couldn't beat for years. Control and Caverns can be hard if you don't know what you're doing. Depot and Train are nothing if you know where all the guards are. Cradle's only hard if you try chasing Trevelyan up to the top instead of trapping him on the lower levels. |

Control was almost as brutal as Aztec for me. I was stupid about Aztec though, but the hours spent on it was amazing! It broke me basically. Control though is so friggin intense with trying to keep track of both sides of the level and the breaking glass. Wow, amazing game. |

I'll tell you why Cradel is easy for me to beat because it is my warmup level before I get into playing any other missions on Goldeneye. I put it on the poll because I remember my brothers were having a hard time beating it. _________________ An Elevator from Earth; then to the Heavens...

The hardest level on GoldenEye is actually any level when you set enemy accuracy/reaction/damage/health all to 1,000%
How's that for a challenge? |

Pretty hard since you can't set accuracy and reaction time to 1000%.
Enemy Rockets is good for a challenge in any level where the majority of guards aren't spawned. |

Trying to beat every stage setting enemy health to 0% & everything else maxed out was a goal of mine, but I couldn't ever quite beat the Damn first stage with that - I always died when I had to go downstairs to destroy the computer consoles. |

Statue on 00agent was the hardest for me to beat. I was going on to beat the whole game on 00agent and try to unlock 007. Statue and Caverns are the too hardest levels _________________ "I don't know how and I don't know when but my keys have found a way to lock my out agian." - Bishop Allen "Little Black Ache" |

Did you really have that much trouble with Statue? Once I figured out where to go I didn't have any problem at all, in fact on rare occasions I can do the level only getting shot once (One of Trevelyan's bodyguards always gets me no matter what I do). It's one of my favorite levels though, so I played it a lot more than others, that's probably why I'm so good at it. I just love that music, I wish the beta sky was kept since it added so much more atmosphere (literally) to the level - luckily I have Wreck's GS code for that. |

I did not have that much trouble with Statue either. In order not to get hit by Trevelyan's body guards just get behind the Statue and while he is talking, pull out the Soviet gun (I forgot the name of the gun for the moment lol) and take cover! Then while their coming after behind the statue be agressive and kill one of them! Pull out the Automatic Shotgun and start pumping them up! _________________ An Elevator from Earth; then to the Heavens...

PS. Lately I can't play because my video card died so I had to use the crappy motherboard one.
I'd say Aztec, Extremely difficult, Have to be fast and slick, Shoot or run situation, wait too long and you'll die, especially after you kill Jaws and guards with lasers come after you. I beat it once and barely survived.
Train is pretty hard, and Depot is easy, Get the rocket launcher from that other place and destroy the machine gun, or do something else. _________________ "Goldeneye was just once a game for the N64... a huge success, now we can finally play all our friends and make new friends playing online! To me Aztec is pretty hard to beat, but in order to beat it, it is all about timing. You have to be careful what your doing or the Moonrankers will start pumping you up with their Assualt Rifles. Jaws is pretty easy to beat because you start collecting grenades that the Moonranker guards try to pull and throw at you, and before fighting Jaws you have to perfectly throw the grenades right under Jaws legs (for most damage effects). And then you crouch, get underneath him and start pumping him up with your Assualt Rifle (until you run out of ammo), and when that happens pull out a laser and keep firing at him. Try to keep crouch and stay underneath Jaws all the time because it will be hard for him to hit you. If you anymore tips on beating Aztec on 00Agent just reply to this post.
I think I beat Aztec on 00Agent about twenty times and I am not bragging. The last time I played Aztec on 00Agent (which was about two weeks ago) I beat it two times in a row. Now I am going back home and see if I can beat three times in a row without dieing. _________________ An Elevator from Earth; then to the Heavens...
