I was just wondering out of curosity but what do you all think? To me I had a tough time deciding between id software and Rareware, but since id had more Doom series and Quake series (which were all great to me) and Rareware had obviously Goldeneye 007, Perfect Dark, etc. I decided to vote for id software (which a lot of people would probably disagree with me) because they made the original first person Wolfenstien 3d, which unleashed the new generation of gaming of first person shooter video games.

My gaming company!!! lol.
Actually i pick Rareware and id.they have really good games. Though some rare games sucked huge d**k!
 - no offense to Rareware.

Infocom. They produced text-based games back in the day, and the virtual machine that runs them is still around and kicking. The editor for them is easily the most impressive compiler ever written. You don't write code, you write a script.
There's some classics on there. If you've never played Hitchiker's, you don't know what you're missing. It's an incredibly clever little game.

I like Ubisoft. They've got some of my favorite franchises under their belt. Fable, Splinter Cell, and not to mention the up and coming Assasin's Creed. Plus some awsome war games like Ghost Recon.
I think Ubisoft is to game companies what x box is to game consoles.
