 |

Is it possible to split the multi on to seperate televisions so everyone has their own screen and there is no screen spying??? I searched for an hour and can't find anything on it. I just started playing GE again after about 3 years off. I have put up cardboard between the screens so 1st and 3rd players are on a team and can't see 2nd and 4th players. Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to play on seperate tv's without putting cardboard on a single tv. I dont care if it's only for 2 players, I just want to know if there is a way because I see pictures before of somebody doing it but I can't find them. _________________

Probably not what you were hoping for, but I can tell you we have been playing this way for years now. It's old school but very fun with the Gameshark codes. We started this style by just playing with one player on TV and one on the computer monitor. |

Yes it is possible that I learned the other day. The person hasn't played the game in a while, and I'm trying to get in a game. Said they used a splitter for it. _________________ A.K.A. Greatermaxim on youtube.

When using an emulator, it should be possible if your computer allows for multiple monitors to split your desktop to 2 or 4 multiple monitors.
I don't know if splitting your desktop also allows for splitting a full screen image (such as PJ 64 on full screen) because if it did, a 2-way for 4-way split should work perfectly. |

i have a split desktop, and it does not allow that... well... to an extent. if you simply hit "maximize," it does not work... but.... you can stretch the window enough.... this should be tried. i need more video cards to do it though, and another monitor... would be interesting though. _________________ zerojett lives on! |

Hmm, I think it should be possible via a modified emulator to split the 4 players view on one screen to other screens. I'm not sure how to do it, but it shouldn't be that difficult to reroute the signal. You just have to modify the Graphics plugin to display specific data on specific destinations. So for example display 1 just shows the specific lines of player 1 until half of the screen. It sure is kind of a cheap solution but it could work. |
