Any new ones that are better then those so far?

Glide64 Napalm is nice if you've got the specs for it: http://glide64.emuxhaven.net/
Rice Video is up to version 6.1.4: https://ricevideo.bountysource.com/
Glide64 does skies correctly and can be used with multiplayer, Rice looks better overall but flickers really bad in multi. |
