Automated page generators are garbage, learn html and css. Picking up the basics will probably take you a day or two at most, and learning some more complicated things you can pull of with them is as easy as searching for some examples.

As for hosting, all the popular free hosting providers suck. Find a friend with a server or someone else that's willing to host you for free without loading your page with ads and preventing you from linking to your own images. |
