Can't remember launch day. In fact, I can't remember anything earlier than 1997. Star Fox 64 was the first game I was ever interested in. I rented an N64 once a month for years, until I finally got one when the Funtastic (clear/coloured) series was being sold. My father picked out the Grape (purple) colour for me, although I would have preferred the Ice (light blue) colour. I still have the system, along with it's original box. I always had to rent games for it until just a couple of months ago when I finally got some spare money and bought a few.
So there you go... _________________ Pure hand-drawn goodness. |

Ah jeeez this brings back good old memories! I remember I was like six years old when it came out in stores and I also remember a few tv commercials about it too! I did not get the N64 until I was 12 because I believe it was around eighty dollars and I was still playing the Super Nintendo at the time! _________________ An Elevator from Earth; then to the Heavens...
