"The PlayStation version has only 11 missions: "Thames Chase, "Underground Uprising, "Midnight Departure" and "A Sinking Feeling" were not present, and "City of Walkways" was only one mission. Between "Cold Reception" and "Night Watch" there was a mission called "Russian Roulette", in which the player must play a game of Blackjack to get information about Renard from Zukovsky."

I'm kinda curious about this blackjack level...

Yeah - I still have the game, too!

I vaguely remember the blackjack mission. If I remember rightly, if you failed the mission, the level would end. I'll check this in a moment...

Btw, what stokes your curiosity, SubDrag?

Just happened to notice that on wikipedia. If it's cool, might be fun for casino level in GE.

When the level loads, you are unarmed:

You then talk to this lady at the bar. Her boyfriend guards the door that leads to Zukovsky's office. He'll come over after you've spoke to her:

While the guy is with his girl, you unlock the door he was guarding with the credit card gadget and enter the office:

You chat to Zukovsky, who decides to only give you information about King if you can win $100,000. He gives you a $25,000 voucher:

You hand the voucher to another guard, who than lets you through to a Blackjack table:

You then play Blackjack! Once you have won $100,000, you go back to Zukovsky's office - if you lose, you fail!:

Zukovsky gives you the required information, then the mission is complete:

Sounds like.... fun? Confused
That's sort of a weird level to include in a first-person shooter. I can see why it was never put in the N64 version of the game. Never-the-less, thanks for taking the time to get some screenshots of the map.

True... and probably the reason why there wasn't a casino level in GoldenEye, too.

It looks kind of like a cool level, minus the blackjack part (if it takes too long).

I think EA programmed it so that you can win most of the time. The level is a breeze to complete, also.

Playing Blackjack is part of the fun, in my opinion!

Nope I have not played TWINE on playstation yet, can't seem to find the game but I have the N64 version though. The Blackjack game seems to be really cool though!

Other than the members of MI6, the voice acting for most characters is horrendous. The time between lines is setup very poorly. It's times like this I'm glad GoldenEye only had captions.

The level doesn't look bad, though. Not quite as grand as the casino from the film, but still stylish. Definitely alot darker tones were used.

Wait, are those voices PS only? I don't remember any voice.
