Vice City, coolest characters and music, all the radio channels are excellent.
First GTA, where you could shoot inside cars and fly.
Also the motorbikes we're so cool.
GTA:SA was funny game, more complicated, the world was huge compared to Vice Citys, but I think that the plot was quite shallow and the last mission was quite lame. It didn't introduce any new things, important for me.
The first GTA was awesome, but not so ground breaking as GTA3, I loved GTA3, but I think something was missing, mainly the characters... I didn't like 'em, don't know why...
GTA4 isn't very good, it looks great, but something is wrong with it. |

I voted GTA: SA becuase of how much fun I had exploring it and all the activities it had. I'm sure GTA4 was awesome too, but I never really got a chance to play it.
Your right though about GTA Vice City, that was defianately an awesome game. Definatey one of the best gaming experiences of recent time.
You should pick that one up skorp, if you havn't already.

| The first one, it's one of the reasons I started gaming. I found it fascinating, the art direction, the characterizations, the music and the game engine itself. While I enjoy the later GTAs for what they are, I still think the first one is in a league of its own. |

| The first GTA, when Rockstar still was DMA Design. The first 3D GTA is good, but in my eyes not as great. |
