I've wanted to do this for a looooooooong time. For those of you who do not know, I intend to become a composer/writer/level designer for the video game industry. And seeing as how Goldeneye is basically what I live for, it only seemed natural to do this.

I've slaved over this for many many hours. Here's the first of hopefully more of my remakes (I'm gonna try a PD song next time to switch things up): It's called Arkangelsk, and it's a composition of the Dam/Facility/Runway themes all in one, cloaked in Rock and Electronica themes, with heavy emphasis on piano and bass.

I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Arkangelsk was pretty cool, I liked the transitions between the three themes. The music was faithful to the originals, but the different instrumentation made it interesting. I ended up listening to everything in your playlist there, I liked them all, is there anyway to download them? I looked but I didn't see any option.

Heh, I left it playing in the background while I was typing some posts here, and when Twilight Mario started playing I thought it was Runway X at first. The X tracks don't get much attention, since you normally only hear about half of them in multiplayer. A little off-topic, why did they have to use elevator music in Control instead of Control X? Someone should be shot for that decision... Nah, someone should have to complete Protect Natalya 100 times in a row, without failing it. Getting shot would be painless compared to that.

Back on topic, I'm curious to see what you do with PD's music, I never found it as good as GE's. There are a few tracks I really like, but it's not 90% of the soundtrack like with GE.

Hey thanks a lot man. I haven't posted any download links as of yet. Thanks for the compliments! When you listened to Arkangelsk, did it play all the way to the end? I find that it's cutting the song off short - damn myspace.

I think I might agree wirh you on the PD soundtrack. AAnd I totally hear you on the X themes! If it weren't for youtube, I wouldn't have even known there was a dam x or control x or what have you... and i've been playing this game for over ten years! I really like how in PD they used the x theme of almost every level (and how they had music selection in multi).

I loved it awesome song man the music from goldeneye rocks the only songs i don't like in it are caverns and the elevators in caverns
