No, it's definitelly the N64 cover, you can even see a little of the "Only for Nintendo 64" label in the upper right of the dvd box.

I'm half-tempted to grab one just to find out what it is (probably an N64 emulator plus GE ROM, but the Facility shot from Counter-Strike has me wondering), but I don't want to give this guy any money. |
