Let's find this guy out for his talents of strategy (speed, accuracy, etc.) to complete this game on this time. I wonder if this guy knows GE online cuz it would be a good candidate.

Man, this is a TAS video. Even the guy says so in the description.
TAS stands for Tool Assisted Speedrun.

These are done with emulators that offer features like save states, slowing motion down to manual frame-stepping, special menus to set exact angles for the analog stick and other advanced stuff.
The objective is to achieve spectacular footage and get to do what a real human player would not be able to if playing normally while keeping the game unmodiffied. That is, the game is not cheated, hacked or anything. These things are achieved only by using special tools to enable your play to be as PERFECT as the game allows.

The speed and accuracy you see is IMPOSSIBLE for a human player under normal circumstances.

While I sometimes enjoy watching a TAS video, it's also kind of tiresome. Yes, I give them loads of credit for how long it took to create, but it's also just not possible for a human player to pull off this crazy stuff without using tools. I've seen some amazing things done by people in genuine speedruns, which I find far more impressive. But getting constant headshots, perfect gadget placement, and never failing a single objective in a single play-through...

I agree with Wreck. I give them a ton of credit for how much work goes into the creation of these videos, but they're just not as interesting to me as normal speedruns.

I have a different view on the matter.
Speedruns per se don't interest me much. I recognize the skill needed and all that, but it's just an approach to games that I don't find very appealing.
On the other side, the ludicrous crazyness of some games' TASes is so spectacular and ridiculous that they give something interesting for me to watch. One thing that I find specially amusing is the glitch exploiting aspect of a TAS, specially when they can only be exploited with the level of speed and precission that TAS tools enable to achieve, because it leads to really crazy stuff happening on screen.
Some games give more spectacular results than others, of course.
Search for some Mario 64 TASes. It's really hilarious to see mario jumping arround like crazy and shouting "ha" "hoo" "hahaaaaa" and all that stuff chained while he ricochets everywhere... xD all while doing unbeliebable stuff.

GE, on the other side, doesn't lend itself THAT MUCH to hilarious TASing, unfortunatelly. Also, this TAS is not particularly proffesional, as you can often see many superfluous movements that even make for a loss of time, which is totally against the TAS principles.

Actually, I'm pretty much the same way, really. I like videos of people playing normally more than speedruns, but since they're a rarity I prefer watching normal speedruns over TAS videos.

I agree with Dragon I like to see people playing normally too with speedruns they don't really kill all the guards or do everthing at a normal speed I like to able to see each thing done one at a time.

Undercover filmer is the guy for that he does max stat playthroughs that take like an hour but it is brilliant to watch but he has some troubles so his videos are down?
I still have his Facility video on my computer i cannot wait till he returns Smile
