Here are my best times for running through GoldenEye 007 on Agent level, start to finish(that is from the Dam to the Cradle to the credits in one continuous run). I will post a video when I can. I am nervous about recording myself because it is like pressure and I inevitably will screw up when recorded. Or it seems that way.

42 Minutes, 41 seconds, and 8 tenths of a second.

Do you speed strafe?
Do you speed through the menu screens?
Do you abuse the Watch-Look glitch? (Getting shot at while looking at your watch stops time, yet you move--very useful in Bunker I )
Do you abuse the door glitch by reverse cycling through weapons while squeezing through a doorway?
All of these things are a must to have your fastest possible time.

No how do I do all these things. I want to speed strafe, but the problem when I try to emulate Wouter is that I have to see where I am going, I have trouble only seeing a corner, as he does.

Well to speed strafe just use the C buttons (preferribly left or right) while running. You wont believe how much time is shaved from speed straffing. Anyways Wouter is the Speed King.
